If you have specific management issues for patients:
- Identify your local clinic or specialist from the clinic finder page.
- E-mail, phone or write to them. Each clinic /specialist will have a contact address or number. Some clinics have a specific help line for health professionals
NB Please ensure that any questions about a specific patient is phrased so that the patient cannot be identified individually. Do not use names, dates of birth or other distinguishing information. If you think that a patient could be identifiable from the information given, it would be vital to contact the specialist direct (phone or post) and not via e-mail.
Referring patients
Each clinic /specialist will have information about how to refer patents on its page on this website.
Pre-referral investigations
There are no routine tests to be performed before referring a patient on to a clinic or specialist.
